This tree is materialised in nature through spells placed upon any chosen tree. Spells are of churchistic type, and turn a chosen tree into this religious symbol. Such tree has then abilities of healing, abilities of knowledge sharing, and additionally becomes a house for all Duanda and their army. Trees normally are always houses, but such special tree becomes a special house which contains knowledge books and healing medicine, and is a speciel shelter for every Celt. Trees are enchanted into this symbolic tree by religious dances which can take place only on Midsummer Day, 24th of June. The signal for a successful enchantment is the appearance of door of red and white colour in the tree's bark. This tree of Duanda carries an important name of Kuna. It begot its magical name after the alphabet of kunes, which is the main alphabet of the tree society. Kunes are letters and at the same time symbols of medicine. There are twenty two kunes in their alphabet, all created from three different symbols (I, V, X). The three symbols are representants of medicine ingredients, and they create in the alphabet twenty two basic medications of the world. A Kuna tree is a shelter of knowledge and medicine, and these traits are considered by the Celts to be basic requirements for prosperity and growth. To be prosperous and growing, one needs, according to celtism, a shelter, a knowledge, and a medicine. All celtic religion is supported by the Kuna tree, and must be existent for any progress to take place in celtism. (Dom Daville)
Celtism is in fact monkhood, and the Kuna tree symbolises the three life basics which are considered to be holy dues of every monk – shelter, knowledge, and medicine is what monkhood needs to live, and what monkhood offers to others for them to live. (Mary Campbell)
